拉萨地区藏族中青年干部血清尿酸水平与相关疾病的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨拉萨地区藏族中青年干部的血清尿酸水平与相关疾病的关系。方法对拉萨地区400名藏族中青年干部检测血清尿酸水平并进行详细的体格检查。结果血清尿酸水平增高组几种疾病(糖尿病、高原红细胞增多症、高血压、脑血管疾病)的检出率均高于正常组,两组间有显著差异p<0.05。结论高原地区血尿酸水平与糖尿病、高原红细胞增多症、高血压、脑血管病有密切关系。 Objective To investigate the relation of uric acid level in serum of middle-agedTibetan people in Lhasa with relation disease. Method Uric acid level in serum and physical examination were performed among 400 middle-aged Tibetan people.Results The incidences of several relative diseases(hypertension,high altitude polycythemia,diabetes mellitus and brain vascular disease) in patients with hyperuricaemia were higher than these in people without.Conclusion Defined relationship between the uric acid level in serum with hypertension,higha ltitude polycythemia,diabetes mellitus and brain vascular disease exist.
