摘要
目的:研究MapCheck在鼻咽癌调强验证两种不同评价方法通过率比较。方法:选择13例鼻咽癌调强治疗计划把射野角度都归为零度重新进行剂量计算,然后将新计划传输至加速器上。分别对加速器和MapCheck进行绝对剂量刻度完后,加速器出束,MapCheck采集数据。验证计划系统生成的平面剂量和MapCheck测量得到的剂量,采用DTA方法和Gamma方法对其进行分析。阈值选用3%,3 mm,10%。使用的统计软件为SPSS16.0,方法选用配对t检验。结果:DTA方法相对量的通过率为(94.44±1.61)%,Gamma方法相对量通过率(96.47±1.34)%,DTA和Gamma计划通过率有些差别。结论:调强验证中应综合考虑两种不同方法得到的结果,调强计划的优劣还需要考虑绝对剂量验证等多种因素。因此,我们应该综合分析得到可靠的结果。
Objective: To investigate the dose verification passing rate of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma(NPC) Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy(IMRT) plans by using two different analysis methods in Mapcheck system.Methods: 13 nasopharyngeal carcinoma IMRT plans are enrolled in the study.Each plan's gantry angle is set to 0°before it transferr to the accelerator.Before measuring the dose distribution,array calibration should be performed.Dose distribution of the IMRT plan is compared with which measured by Mapcheck.By using DTA and Gamma method,thresholds are 3%,3mm and 10%.Data is analyzed by SPSS 16.0 statistics software,paired test.Results:By using DTA method,the passing rate is(94.44±1.61)%,and is(96.47±1.34)% for Gamma method.Different analysis methods lead to different passing rate.Conclusions:The study shows that both results should be taken into consideration in IMRT dose verification,and the quality of the IMRT plan is also determined by several other factors,such as absolute dose verification by using ion chamber.Comprehensive analysis is necessary.
