摘要
采用薄膜过滤法对A群C群脑膜炎球菌多糖疫苗的无菌检查方法进行验证。结果表明,薄膜过滤法具有取样量大,操作简便,污染几率小,能确保检验结果的准确性、有效性和重现性,该方法适用于A群C群脑膜炎球菌多糖疫苗的无菌检查方法。
The membrane filtration method was applied to sterility testing of group A and C meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine.The results showed that the membrane filtration method is of advantage that easy to operate,low contamination,the excellent accuracy and reproducibility.This method is suitable for the sterility testing of group A and C meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine.
