摘要
分析比较了“传统校准曲线制作法”和“相同浓度不同进样体积制作校准曲线法”两种制作液相色谱校 准曲线方法的异同,并对两种方法所制作的回归曲线的回归效果、精密度进行评价,指出“相同浓度不同进样体 积制作校准曲线法”尽管有一定的局限性,但是多数情况下对拥有自动进样器的用户来说更方便而准确。
The two methods in making calibration curve of HPLC- 'Traditional method' and 'A relatively new method' that needs only one standard sample, by injecting a series of different volumes, the calibration curve is acquired according to different corresponding responses, was compared. The effect of regression, the precision of the calibrations curve of the two methods were evaluated. In most cases the latter method is more convenient and more accurate for user, although it has certain limitation.
