摘要
对儿童实施心理咨询、促进儿童心理健康是应用沙盘治疗技术的研究要点之一。该领域多年来的实证研究已初步证明,沙盘疗法广泛地适用于诸多儿童心理行为问题的咨询与治疗,且疗效显著;目前,沙盘疗法的应用模式已由个别疗法、长程疗法、独立疗法模式逐渐发展为团体疗法、短程疗法以及整合疗法的多元应用模式。
