摘要
组建院图书馆必然会引发一系列新的矛盾与问题,如何处理和解决好这些问题,需要从大局出发。本文结合组建院图书馆工作的实际,针对存在的问题,提出了相应采取的对策。
Combining and constructing our college library might bring about a series of new conflicts andproblems. In order to solute them, we need to take the whole situation into consideration. To counter theseproblems, this paper puts forward the proper counter-measures combining with the reality of library work.
