摘要
吸收塔是赤泥烟气脱硫工艺中的核心设备,在维护吸收塔正常、稳定、高效运行的因素中,喷嘴和循环泵是两个至关重要的设备。为了防止喷嘴堵塞以及循环泵叶轮受损在循环泵入口处加设滤网,以保证浆液均匀、连续、稳定的喷淋。根据滤网的运行环境,充分考虑滤网的材质、结构等方面的设计要求,综合考虑防腐、耐温性能,强度、韧性以及成本等诸多因素,滤网材质选用玻璃钢(FRP)。滤网可以采用典型的柱形结构,也可根据实际需要采用半球形结构。确定滤网开孔的直径以20mm左右为宜,可有效过滤杂质,防止堵塞,而滤网的有效过滤面积取浆液循环泵口截面面积的2.5倍。
