摘要
改革开放已经造就了一批先富群体,今后如何通过公平促效率,推动大多数人后富,这将是一个大政策。缩小差别重在启动后富,通过“无壁垒竞争”、“透明招标、公开竞赛” 等制度的构建,锻造“后富机制”,最终达到共同富裕。
A large number of people became rich because of China's reform and opening policies. And how to make the rich to bring along the poor in near future by a faire system is an important task. In order to realize prosperity in common, we can employ a 'system of becoming rich later', e.g. 'competition without barrier', 'contest in public', and etc.
