摘要 目的探讨碱性电解水对血脂的影响。方法 Wistar 雄性大鼠52只,分为4组:空白对照(A),模型对照(B),碱性电解水组(C),氟伐他汀组(D),每组13只。其中 B、C、D 3组用高脂饲料造模10天后,C、D 两组分别给予碱性电解水及氟伐他汀(1.0mg/kg)灌胃,20天后,乙醚麻醉动物,由腹主动脉取血,以酶法在半自动生化分析仪上分别检测胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C),以 Friedewala 公式计算低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)。结果 A、B、C、D4组 TC 分别为(3.32±0.28)、(4.15±0.79)、(3.51±0.57)、(3.54±0.42)mmol/L;TG 分别为(1.27±0.37)、(1.85±0.62)、(1.46±0.49)、(1.36±0.37)mmol/L。LDL-C 分别为(1.57±0.30)、(2.04±0.74)、(1.42±0.37)、(1.47±0.60)mmol/L。C、D 两组 TC 分别与 B 组比较均有显著降低(P<0.05);D 组与 B 组比较 TG 显著降低(P<0.05);C 组与 B 组比较 IDL-C 显著降低(P<0.05)。结论碱性电解水具有一定调脂功能,但降低 TG 的作用不及氟伐他汀。 Objective To investigate the effect of alkaline electrolysed water on blood-lip- id.Methods 52 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups:control group(group A,fed with stock diet),model group(group B,fed with high cholesterol diet),alkline electrolysed water treat- ment group(group C,fed with hige cholesterol diet and alkline ion water)and treatment group(grout D, fed with high cholesterol diet and Fluvastatin).Group C and group D were fed with alkaline electrolysed water and fluvastatin(1.0mg/kg)respectively after 10 days of feeding with high cholesterol diet.All rats were fed for 20 consecutive days.Blood samples were taken to measure the levels of total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride(TG)and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C).Results In group A、 B、C、D,the level of TC was(3.32±0.28),(4.15±0.79)、(3.51±0.57)、(3.54±0.42)mmol/L re- spectively,the level of TG was(1.27±0.37)、(1.85±0.62)、(1.46±0.49)、(1.36±0.37)mmol/L respectively,and the level of LDL-C was(1.57±0.30)、(2.04±0.74)、(1.42±0.37)、(1.47± 0.6)mmol/L respectively.The level of TC was attenuated significiantly in group C and D as compared with that of group B(P<0.05);TG was significiantly decreased in group D as compared with group B (P<0.05).LDL-C was significiantly lower in group C than in group B(P<0.05).Conclusions Alkaline electrolysed water plays an role in lowing blood-lipid,but is not better in lowing TG than fluv- astatin.
