摘要
该文分析了国内竹炭方面申请的发明专利和实用新型专利,揭示了国内竹炭专利技术的发展趋势。结果表明,近年来,竹炭专利技术迅速发展,专利申请量快速增长,但目前仍处于发展阶段;关于产品的专利申请量较多,而其他方面的专利较少,尤其是技术含量较高的发明专利授权较少,这意味着竹炭核心技术突破不够,因此,应加大研发投入的力度;专利权人虽多,尚未形成有明显优势的专利权人;专利权人中66%为自然人,企业对专利研发申报重视不够;专利申请量中,A部(人类生活必需)和D部(纺织,造纸)较多,其他部类很少,竹炭方面专利与行业规模及其发展要求不相适应,研发竹炭技术空间很大。
