摘要
利用氧指数仪及锥形量热仪研究了甲基磷酸二甲酯基及其与磷酸(2-氯乙基)三酯、磷酸(2-氯丙基)三酯、磷酸(二氯丙基)三酯复配对聚氨酯硬质泡沫的氧指数、点燃时间、燃烧热释放速率、总热释放量、烟密度、烟气生成速率等的影响。结果表明,单独使用甲基磷酸二甲酯的聚氨酯硬泡的点燃时间最长,而对于燃烧热释放速率、总热释放量、烟密度及烟气生成速率,则是复配使用效果更佳。
The effect of flame-retardants additives dimethyl methyl phosphonic acid ester(DMMP) and it duplicated with phosphoric acid tris(2-chloroethyl)ester,phosphoric acid tris(2-chloroethyl) ester on flame retardant properties of rigid polyurethane foam was investigated,using the oxygen index meter and cone calorimeter.The experimental results showed that the ignite time of DMMP treated rigid polyurethane foam was the longest.The effect of the combination of DMMP and any other flame retardant was better than othe...
