摘要
从政策分析与评估角度看,师范生免费政策有助于培养造就高素质的教师队伍,能够为经济社会发展培养大批的优秀人才,有助于贫困生完成大学学业。但该政策可能导致部分学生学习积极性不高、心理压力大,部分农村中小学教师的情绪可能受影响,其他师范院校也可能对政策有自己的看法。建议提高中小学教师待遇,加大对地方师范院校的扶持力度,进一步完善高校学生奖学金、助学金制度,把"免费师范生"称呼改为"公费师范生"。
In terms of policy analysis and assessment, free education policy for students in normal universities contributes to the cultivation of a high quality teaching force and talents working for the economic social development.
