摘要
总结36例Prestige LP人工颈椎间盘置换术患者的术中配合经验。根据Prestige LP人工颈椎间盘的产品特点及术中配制的专用器械少,术前体位的摆放、C型臂X光机透视定位等将会影响Prestige LP人工颈椎间盘植入位置及手术疗效;术中非椎间盘置换专用器械、动力系统的配备及器械护士的熟练配合,是保证该手术顺利完成的重要条件。本组患者均顺利完成Prestige LP人工颈椎间盘置换。无1例因体位原因而影响假体植入,术中C型臂X光机正、侧位透视见植入的Prestige LP人工颈椎间盘位置良好;手术时间50～170 min,术中出血量30～320 ml;患者术后未发生神经脊髓损伤、Prestige LP人工颈椎间盘松动移位、感染等并发症,均痊愈出院。
