摘要
因降液管结盐堵塞造成的催化裂化分馏塔频繁冲塔问题,普通水洗法效果不明显,采用回流法,即停掉分馏塔顶循环,新建吸收塔补充吸收剂泵出口至分馏塔顶循环泵入口回流,建立分馏塔上部内回流,可以较好保证分馏塔正常运行,较好地解决了分馏塔顶结盐问题。
To solve the problems of frequent flooding in FCCU fractionation tower caused by salt deposition in the downcomer,reflux techniques were applied instead of water washing method,i.e.the overhead circulation of fractionator was stopped and the reflux was established between outlet of absorbent pump and the inlet of overhead circulation pump of fractionation tower as well as the internal reflux in the top of fractionator. All these could maintain the normal operation of the fractionator.
