摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在髋关节置换术患者中的应用效果。方法将50例髋关节置换术患者随机分成观察组和对照组各25例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予舒适护理,将2组患者的护理效果进行比较。结果观察组的康复状况显著优于对照组。2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论舒适护理对髋关节置换术患者的治疗康复有明显的促进作用。
Objective Object To explore the comfortable nursing in hip arthroplasty patients application effects.Methods 50 patients with total hip arthroplasty were randomly divided into observation group and control group 25 cases,the control group received routine care,observation group was given comfort care,the two groups compare the effect of patient care.Result the rehabilitation status of the observation group was significantly better than the control group.Statistically significant difference was found between the two groups(P <0.02).Conclusion The comfort care for patients with hip replacement surgery have significant effect on treatment and rehabilitation.
