摘要
在电力系统传统的短期经济运行中,经济负荷分配是一个重要的优化问题。电力市场体制下的电力交易计划中,经济负荷分配问题仍然是它的核心内容。在经济负荷分配算法中,排队法的使用条件是报价曲线必须是分段水平线;等微增率原则简单有效,要求机组的输入输出特性曲线是单调增加的;动态规划法、线性规划法、网络流规划法可以解决任意形状报价曲线的负荷经济分配问题;遗传算法是一种智能方法,一些学者相继提出了各种改进的遗传算法;混沌优化方法是一种极有前途的优化手段。
The economic load distribution is an important optimization problem not only in the traditional short-period economic operation of electric power market but also in the power-trade plan under power market system. In some kinds of the economic load distribution arithmetic, such as the queuing method, the usage condition for which is the quotation curve should be a section-level line; the constant micro-increment principle is simple & efficient, it needs an input/output characteristic curve of the set to be monotone increasing; the dynamic plan method, linear programming method, and the network flow plan method could solve the load economic distribution problem with random form curve; the genetic arithmetic is an aptitude method, some scholars provided one after another of improvement way; and the chaos optimization method is the way with a good future.
