摘要
干部人事档案工作是执行党的干部路线,是干部考核、培养、选拔、任用的重要依据之一,因此,做好干部人事档案工作势在必行。本文从六个方面探讨了干部人事档案工作管理的意义,旨在努力构建干部人事档案工作的良性运行机制。
The management of cadre personnel archives is one of the important p rocedures in fostering,selecting, appointing cadres. It is necessary and imperat ive to do this well.This article approaches the significance of this work on six aspects for the purpuse of constructing the fine motion mechanism in cadre pers onnel archives.
