研究贝勃定律、破窗理论、木桶定律等生活中的定律,挖掘深层次的意义,联系实验室管理中经常遇到的问题,寻求两者的关系,拓展视野,探寻试验室管理的策略方法。探讨实验室管理的新途径,倡导奉献精神、共同发展、辩证分析、从我做起的工作理念。提出实验室管理者应具备的素质,并促进实验室管理者自我发展、提高自身素质,与实验室的发展协调一致、同步前进。
