摘要
本文介绍南宁糖业股份有限公司制糖造纸厂将蔗渣喷淋洗涤污水厌氧处理产生沼气进入锅炉燃烧的流程和主要设备。生产实践证明,该法简单实用,是制浆造纸节能减排的有效措施。
Flow diagram and related equipment are described in the treatment of waste water which is used in washing the bagasse for paper making. The treated waste water after anaerobic fermentation into marsh gas and is used as boiler fuel. It has been demonstrated by production trial that the process is simple and practical, and would be used as an effective treatment of waste water in conservative of energy and pollution treatment in pulp and paper manufacture.
