摘要 针对生产环境易燃易爆的石油化工行业,首次提出新思路开发仿真系统平台。DeltaV DCS具有很好的模块化组态及图形界面功能,Matlab/Simulink是功能强大的建模仿真工具,Honeywell PHD为丰富的应用软件及数据接口软件。充分利用三者优势,可便捷迅速的开发仿真平台。应用Matlab/Simulink建立过程动态模型,通过S函数编写PHD接口程序,经Matlab的Real-time Workshop将模型文件编译成可执行文件,与DCS实现交互。通过一常规控制试验,结果表明仿真系统三个模块的嵌入式功能非常可靠,验证了仿真平台的可行性和实用性。 In view of the petrochemical industry with inflammable and explosive environment,a new method was proposed to develop simulation system platform.DeltaV DCS has good modularization configuration and graphics interface functions,Matlab/Simulink is a powerful tool for modeling,Honeywell PHD is a plentiful application and data interface software.According to their respective advantages,simulation platform could be developed more conveniently and rapidly.Firstly,process dynamic model was made by Matlab/Simulink,and PHD interface programming was wrote by S-Function.Secondly,via Real-time Workshop of Matlab,compiled executable file was gained which could be altered with DCS system.Finally,a simulation example of conventional control was given.The result shows three modules are reliable,and the platform is feasible and applied.
