摘要
基于广州市大中型建筑企业1997～2001年生产数据的抽样调查,借助生产效率的数据包络分析(DEA)方法,分析了广州市建筑企业的现状及发展趋势.结果显示:广州市大中型建筑企业的平均规模逐年下降,生产效率不断提高.针对以上现象,提出若干对策以促进广州市建筑企业经济效率的提高.
Analysis of the actuality and developmental direction of Guangzhou construction industry from 1997 to 2001 is based on the spot check of large-and middle-sized industry of Guangzhou, and it is also based on the dint of the approach of data envelopment analysis(DEA) which is employed to evaluate the efficiency of production . The results show that the average scale of these enterprises is dropping year after year while the productive efficiency increasing constantly. Some suggestions to improve the situation are proposed in the paper.
