摘要
目的探讨乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)血清学标记的表现模式。方法767份乙肝患者血清标本均以酶联免疫吸附法检测。结果本组血清病毒学标记模式可分为15种模式。以“145”、“245”、“135”、“25”、“2”模式为主,占全部病例的90.7%。结论HBV血清免疫学标记的模式较为复杂,但这些模式的出现对临床分析和判断患者病程和传染性提供重要依据。
Objective Investigating the expression models of HBV serological markers. Methods HBV serological markers on all the 767 cases of Hepatitis B were determined by the enzyme-Linked immunosorbent assay. Results HBV serological markers model were divided into 15 models and the 145, 245, 135, 25, 2 models were the main ones, which were 90.7 % of all cases.
