摘要
目的探讨老年脑梗死患者记忆功能的变化,以及这种变化对患者康复和生活质量的影响,做好针对性的护理工作。方法将98例老年脑梗死患者与98例健康老年人作为实验组和对照组,采用中国科学心理研究所许淑莲等编制的“临床记忆量表”进行测试。观察2组指向记忆、联想学习、图像自由回忆、无意义图形再认和人像特点联系回忆共5项分测验指标以及左右脑梗死患者5个分测验指标,进行统计学分析。结果经统计检验,2组患者5项分测验指标比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05),左右脑梗死患者5项分测验指标比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论观察测评老年脑梗死患者记忆功能变化,可以评定临床治疗效果,提供临床护理指导,有助于老年脑梗死患者记忆功能的恢复。
Objective To explore the change of memory impediment of senile patients with brain infarction and the impact on the patients' recovery and quality of life,in order to perform necessary nursing for the patients.Methods 98 senile patients with brain infarction and 98 senile persons were regarded as experimental group and control group.They were investigated with 'Clinical Memory Volume Form' designed by Xu Shu-lian(China Scientific Psychological Research Institute).Five categories indexes of sub test(direction memory,associated learning,image free memory,recognition of meaningless image,associated memory of portrait characters) and five sub-test indexes of patients with left hemisphere infarction and right hemisphere infarction were observed and analyzed.Results There were significant differences in all categories indexes between two groups(P<0.05).And there were significant differences in five sub-test indexes between patients with left hemisphere infarction and those with right hemisphere infarction.Conclusions Observing and evaluating the change of memory impediment of senile patients with brain infarction can be used to evaluate the clinical treatment effect and provide clinical nursing guidance and is favor of the recovery of memory function of the patients.
