摘要
用大量统计资料 ,客观论述了十一届三中全会以来山西省公共图书馆事业发展的概况 ,并与全国各省公共图书馆的平均水平横向比较 ,分析了我省公共图书馆存在的差距 ,提出要解决好经费、管理等问题 ,以及提高全社会图书馆意识 。
The paper discusses the general development of Shanxi public libraries since the reformation through large amount of materials.It analyzes the shortcomings of Shanxi public libraries compared with other ones and put forward a few methods to solve the problems of library such as budget,management,etc.
