低聚甘露糖的酶法制备、分离与结晶 被引量:3

摘要 利用枯草芽孢杆菌WY-45所产甘露聚糖酶水解椰子壳甘露聚糖,产物以低聚甘露糖为主,得率为44%。所得糖液采用活性炭柱层析,分离纯化结晶,得到了S1-S4四种糖晶体,经鉴定为甘露二糖、甘露三糖、甘露四糖和半乳甘露四糖。 Copra mannan was hydrolyzed by the crude β-mannanase from Bacillus subtilis WY-45 to yield mannooligosaccharidesas the main products, and the yield was up to 44%. The hydrolyzate was separated by active carbon column chromatography,and four kinds of mannooligosaccharides were obtained as crystalline state. They were identified as manobiose, mannotriose,mannotetrose andg alactosylmannotetrose, respectively.
