摘要
阐述了舰艇机械设备噪声振动源输出特性的重要价值,分3条路径提出了描述机械源输出特性的参数。重点介绍了振动加速度、振动烈度、声功率级与声压级、设备机脚激振力、设备机脚输出振动功率流以及管路水噪声的测试方法,阐述了其概念、测试频段、设备安装要求和测点布置等主要注意事项,对舰艇机械设备噪声振动特性的测试有参考价值。
The importance of output characteristics of machinery which are the sources of noise and vibration in naval vessel is stated in this paper.Quantities which characterizing the output characteristics of machinery as sources are divided into three groups according to different paths.Measurement approaches of which are focused on are acceleration,vibration severity,sound power and SPL,output vibration forces of machine feet,vibration power flow of machine feet as well as underwater noise in pipe.Definitions,frequency band of measurement,machine installation demand and the arrangement of measurement points are described here.This paper is of value to the measurement of noise and vibration characteristics of machinery in naval vessel.
