摘要
目前我国居民收入差距过大 ,已超过国际警戒线水平。由权力资本、城乡分割、地方垄断、行业垄断以及”灰色收入”所造成的机会不平等 ,是导致收入差距过大的基本原因。解决这一问题 ,必须深化改革 ,加快市场化进程 ,积极营造公平的竞争环境 ;应改革税收制度 ,完善收入分配政策 ,强化政府的再分配能力 ;要保持经济快速增长 ,扩大就业 ,尽快提高低收入者的收入。
At present the income gap of our residents is too large. It has gone beyond the international warning line.The unequal opportunity caused by the power capital, the separation between town and country, the local and professional monopoly as well as 'Grey Income'is the basic reason for too large income gap. For solving the problem, the reform must be deepened,the marketing process must be speeded up, the equal and competitive environment must be built actively; the taxation system must be reformed, the policy of income and distribution must be perfected, the ability of governmental redistribution must be strengthened; the quick increase of our economy must be kept,to enlarge the employment, and raise the income of lower income persons as soon as possible.
