摘要
本文通过对某中学“预控生”的深入访谈,发现“预控生”偏差行为的产生主要是同辈的吸引大于学校、家庭等对他们的吸引,他们对以学校家庭为代表的主流教育和控制方式产生较强烈的排斥,这种排斥将导致偏差行为的进一步发展。本文建议在“预控生”的教育和矫正体系中植入社会工作的价值理念、方法和技能,并提出“参与性个案管理模式”在“预控生”教育和矫正领域的运用。
Through deepth interviews in a middle school, the author discovered that the emergement of pre-controlled students' misbebaviors was mainly drawed by peer groups rather than schools and families. They radically eject the dominant education and control, which is represented by schools and families. The ejection will contribute to deterioration of their misbehaviors.This essay suggests to apply social work values, methods, and skills in the educational and corrective system for ″precontrolled students″. It also proposes to practice ″the participative model of case manegement″ in the educational and corrective area for ″precontrolled students″.
