摘要
介绍了采用通用存储器实现双口RAM的设计方法,并应用双口RAM实现双单片机并行通信系统,该系统具有较快的通信速度和较高的可靠性。
In this paper, a design method of dual port RAM implemented by general memory is introduced, and a dual monolithic computers parallel communication system is implemented using dual port RAM. This system has higher communication speed and reliability.
