This paper regards transfer function as the reaction of site feature,studies the influence of site conditions on amplitude spectrum of transfer function.The simulation method of calculating amplitude spectrum of transfer function is also given in this paper.With this method,the difference between calculated result and response of one dimension soil layer is little within long and middle period.
