摘要
探讨红细胞冷冻断裂电镜术在Duchenne型肌营养不良症基因携带者诊断中的应用。应用电镜冷冻断裂术对Duchenne型肌营养不良症基因携带者及正常人的红细胞膜间蛋白颗粒进行定量观察。Duchenne型肌营养不良症基因携带者膜间蛋白颗粒比正常人减少(P<20.05)。红细胞电镜冷冻断裂术有助于Duchenne型肌营养不良症基因携带者的诊断。
To explore the application of erythrocyte of freeze-fracture electron microscopy in the diagnosis of carriers of Duchenne muscular dystrpphy (DMD). Intramembrane proteinic particles of erythrocyte plasma membrane were calculated with freeze-fracture electron microscopy of cariers of Duchenne muscular dystroply (DMD) and normal. The intramembrane proteinic particles of cell membranes of erythrocyte were dimnished in carriers of DMD. Freeze-fracture electron microscopy conduces the diagnosis of carriers of DMD.
