丙型肝炎病毒细胞模型及转基因动物模型研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)是人类首次应用分子克隆手段在未获得病毒颗粒和未测到病毒抗原的情况下发现的病毒,并进一步应用克隆和重组表达手段对HCV的基因结构、功能进行了探索且获得了较全面的认识,但有关该病毒的复制、病理作用、抗病毒药物筛选、疫苗的研究方面进步甚微,这主要是由于缺乏理想的HCV细胞模型和廉价易得的动物模型造成的.
