摘要
通过对沥青洒布车开式液压系统工作原理的分析,利用仿真软件AMESim建立了相应的液压模型并进行了动态仿真,得出了沥青洒布车在不同洒布宽度发生变化时,系统的压力、流量等的变化情况以及通过调整液动换向阀所需的换向时间仿真出一系列马达转矩和角加速度变化曲线,揭示了不同洒布宽度的大小以及液动换向阀节流口的直径大小分别对系统产生的响应影响,并对如何控制减少系统的响应影响提出了建议.
The thesis has set up the open circuit hydraulic system modeling of asphalt spreader,and the dy- namic simulating of the pressure of system and the flow rate in different working conditions were processed under the AMESim simulation environment.The dynamic characteristic of open circuit hydraulic system was described and simulated by using the direction valves of different diameters.The obtained result shows that the dynamic characteristic can be improved if the diameter of direction valve is properly changed.
