摘要
从“健康第一”的指导思想出发,论述了体育教学的灵魂的时代意义。提出在实施“健康第一”的现代体育教学过程中,应始终贯彻以学生的身心健康为归宿的基本要求。
Set out from the leading thought of the ' health the first', discuss the times' meaning of soul of the athletics teaching. In modern athletics teaching process , to put' health the first' into practice, to carry out the student's mind and body health as our basic requiremend.
