摘要
本文通过对河北省高校图书馆DRS开展情况的实证研究,指出河北省高校图书馆在数字参考咨询服务方面存在整体水平不高的现状,提出加强全省数字参考咨询服务总体规划研究和基础性与规范性建设。
Through empirical study of digital reference service in university libraries in Hebei Province, this article first points out that currently the general service standard is still not high enough and then puts forward some proposals concerning the basic and standardized construction as well as the general planning of DRS in the province.
