摘要
分析了在经济社会转型条件下的城市社会特征及社区发展的关注点,介绍了社区发展与社区规划的相互关系及学术渊源,进而讨论城市规划中的社区发展规划内涵。最后提出,作为真正意义上的城市规划,在继续承担城市物质性发展的筹划、设计及管理任务的同时,应当与时俱进、自觉地介入社会发展领域,积极为经济和社会的健全、和谐发展做出贡献。
The paper analyzes the charac- ters of the society and the issues of com- munity development under soci-economic transition, discusses the relationship of community development, community devel- opment planning and urban planning. In conclusion, the paper argues that the com- prehensive urban planning should not only deal with urban physical development tasks but also social development issues, in or- der to build a harmony society.
