膜生物反应器处理废水的研究

摘要 研究了膜生物反应器(MBR)技术处理循环活性污泥系统(CASS)出水,通过两个MBR实验方案对比得出结论:MBR工艺处理现有工艺的CASS出水,MBR改造CASS池是可行的,可以将原系统的处理能力提高2~3倍;微电解改造预处理,可解决后续生化处理系统C、N、P比例严重失调问题;MBR改造与微电解改造同时使用,可使得出水COD、氨氮、总磷容易实现达标排放,甚至可做中水回用. This article studies MBR's technical treatment to cyclic activated sludge system(CASS) water effluence.A conclusion is obtained from the comparison of two MBR test projects: to dispose current CASS water effluence through MBR;it's feasible to reconstruct CASS tank and enhance the efficiency by 2~3 times.Pre-processing to micro-electrolysis reconstruction can solve the severe maladjusted ratio of C,N,P;simultaneous usage of MBR and micro-electrolysis reconstruction can help to realize the standard drainage of COD,ammonia,nitrogen and total phosphor,the drained water can even be used as reclaimed water.
