摘要
为满足阀门摩擦阻尼特性参数的测试要求,设计了采用永磁同步电机伺服控制直接驱动阀门摩擦副的测试平台,主要设计传动系统的电机参数选型和伺服控制系统设计。给出了伺服系统中电流环、速度环和位置环的设计方法,为工程实现和参数调试奠定基础。实验结果验证了本文的设计方法。
Friction testing and measuring system of valve was designed based on Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM). The flat satisfied testing request of valve’s friction damping characteristics. This paper introduces that how to choice motor’s parameter of motion system in detail. The method is applied to design servo control system about current loop, speed loop and position loop. This establishes the foundation of project implement and debug. Experiments results prove the validity and practicability of the design method.
