摘要
教学是高校培养人才的主要途径,服务于教学活动的教学管理是高校管理的核心。构建系统的、科学的、动态的、有效的教学质量评价指标体系和监控体系是确保教学质量不断提高的前提。
Teaching is the major channel of talent cultivation in higher institutions of learning and the management of teaching is the center of school management.Establishing a systematic,scientific,dynamic and effective system for teaching quality evaluation and supervision is a precondition for ensuring constant improvement of teaching quali-ty.
