摘要
目的通过对百令胶囊的临床观察来证实其抗纤维化的疗效。方法采用随机、平行、阳性药对照观察,治疗组30例服用百令胶囊,对照组30例服用大黄虫丸,疗程3个月。结果治疗组的显效率、总有效率分别为26.67%、73.34%,对照组为23.33%、63.33%。结论百令胶囊通过调节细胞免疫,能明显改善慢性乙型肝炎患者的肝纤维化指标,起到抗纤维化的作用。
Objective:To confirm the therapeutic effect of Bailing Capsule in resisting liver fibrosis of patients of chronic hepatitis B by clinical observation.Methods:The observation was designed by random,parallel and contrasted positive drug.The treatment group contained 30 cases that were given Bailing Capsule;the control group contained 30 cases that were given Dahuang Zhechong Wan (Dahuang Zhechong pills).The course of the treatment lasted for 3 months.Results:The significant effective rate and the total effective rate of the treatment group were 26.67% and 73.34% respectively.The significant effective rate and the total effective rate of the control group were 23.33% and 63.33% respectively.Conclusion:Bailing Capsule can improve the indexes of liver fibrosis of the patients of chronic hepatitis B by adjusting cell immunity;it has the effect of resisting fibrosis.
