摘要
文章阐述了电子处方系统的主要功能、与传统手工处方相比的优越性。同时,对应用中存在的问题进行了探讨,建议尽快确认电子处方的合法性,加快建立和完善基于电子认证的电子处方系统建设步伐,真正实现处方的无纸化和电子化,切实优化就医流程,提高医疗服务质量。
This paper introduces the main functions of electronic prescription, discusses the advantages compare with the former handwritten prescription and the problems in the application. This paper also indicates that the legality and electronic certifacation of electronic prescription has to be validated and completed as quickly as possible so that the paperless and electronic prescription could be accomplished. And even more the electronic prescription could make the hospitalization process optimizing and the medical quality improving actually.
