摘要
目的探讨丹红注射液治疗糖尿病合并脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将100例糖尿病合并脑梗死患者随机分为两组,治疗组50例和对照组50例,治疗组:0·9%氯化钠注射液250ml加丹红注射液40ml静脉滴注;对照组:川芎嗪注射液320mg加入0·9%氯化钠注射液250ml静脉滴注,14d后对两组疗效进行观察并分析治疗前后神经功能缺损评分及血液流变学变化。结果治疗组总有效率92%,优于对照组64%(P<0·01)。治疗后治疗组神经功能缺损评分及血流变学改善明显优于对照组(P<0·05,P<0·01)。所有患者出院后随防半年,治疗组再梗死率明显低于对照组。结论中药丹红注射液治疗糖尿病合并脑梗死的疗效显著优于川芎嗪注射液。
Objective To discusse Danhong injection in the treatment of diabetic patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 100 cases of diabetes patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatment group of 50 patients and the control group of 50 patients,treatment group:0.9%sodium chloride injection 250 ml danhong injection 40 ml intravenous injection;control group:Ligustrazine to 320 mg 0.9%sodium chloride intravenous injection 250 ml,14 days after the 2 groups were analyzed before and after treatment and observation of neurologic impairment score and blood rheology changes.Results Treatment group,the total efficiency of 92% better than the 64% control group(P<0.01).After the treatment group neurologic impairment score and blood rheology improve significantly better than the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).All patients discharged after 6 months with the defense,re-infarction treatment group was significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion Chinese danhong injection treatment of diabetic patients with cerebral infarction was significantly better than ligustrazine.
