摘要
采用电火花腐蚀的方法制备了Ni粉。通过X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和激光粒度分析仪对不同电流制备的Ni粉的组成、形貌、粒度及其分布进行了分析,结果表明,颗粒的相组成绝大部分是金属Ni,颗粒呈球状,40 A加工条件下小颗粒的比例最大。并且探讨了电火花腐蚀制备颗粒的机理。
Nickel powder was successfully prepared by spark erosion. X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscopy and Laser Granularity Instrument were used to analyze the components, the morphology, the grain size and the size distribution of the Ni powder produced in different current values, respectively. The results show that the powders mainly consist of Ni, they are spherical in shape and the percentage of small particles produced at 40 A is the largest. Finally, the mechanism of preparing particles by spark erosion was also discussed.
