摘要
采用室内实验的方法,于2006年2月25日~2007年4月20日,对威宁趾沟蛙(Pseudorana Weiningensis)早期胚胎发育(尾芽期~鳃盖褶完成期)进行了研究。结果表明:在所设温度组(16℃℃、18℃、20℃、22℃)下,温度越低存活率越高(84.3±13.28%),其孵化率在22℃时最大(91.42±3.35%),发育历时和积温与所设温度呈负相关。由变温组的数据表明,采用变温培养,其胚胎发育的历时要比恒温培养短约0.94±0.93h。
Effects of temperature on early embryonic development of Pseudorana weiningensis were studies by the methods of observation at room from 25 Feb 2006 to 20 Apr 2007(from tail bud stage to cill cover fruition stage). The results indicated that there is the higher survival rate in the lower water temperature than in the higher water temperature for the constant temperature regimes (16℃,18℃,20℃,22℃).Hatching rate is the highest(91.42±3.35%)at 22℃.They are negative correlation between development duration and accumulated temperature and the constant temperature. The development duration of a varying temperature is shorter than those of the constant temperature.
