摘要
他山之石,可以攻玉,研究借鉴国外高等学校薪酬制度及其在使用、稳定和集聚人才方面的经验,有助于我们在经济全球化、人才流动国际化的背景下,从国际视野的角度探索我国高校工资制度改革的思路。本文从高校教师薪酬制度的现状分析入手,深入分析了薪酬制度存在的一系列问题,同时对美国、法国、德国、日本等国家高校的薪酬制度进行了解析和对比,最后提出了我国高校在薪酬管理中的一些建议。
Like the stone from another mountain will chisel the jade,studying on the salary system of the universities abroad and its experience in employing,keeping and gathering the talented,will enable us to delve into the reform of the salary system of the universities in China under the background of economic globalization and the internationalization of brain flow.The paper analyses the current situation and problems of the salary system for university teachers,compared with those in foreign countries,such as the USA,France,Germany,Japan and so on,and finally puts forward some suggestions for the reform of the salary management in the universities in China.
