摘要
"以就业为导向,为就业服务"是职业教育的办学目标,把这个目标落到实处,除了转变教育观念、面向经济发展、加强与企业的联合之外,应该根据专业人才培养目标改革现有教学模式,构建新型的理论教学与实践教学、智力因素与非智力因素培养有机结合的高职院校交叉互动型教学模式。
Serving for employment is the target of running vocational education.In order to put the target into practice,we shuld reform current teaching mode according to the training target besides changing idea,enhancing the integration with enterprises.we should construct new crossing and interactive teaching mode combines theoretical teaching with practical teaching,non-intellectual factors with in tellectual factors so as to adapt to the demand of market economy.
