Selective Nonoperative Management of Supratentorial Acute Subdural Hematomas

摘要 目的 :探讨幕上外伤性硬膜下血肿的选择性非手术治疗适应证。方法 :回顾性分析 12 3例幕上急性硬膜下血肿临床表现、CT征象、治疗方法。结果 :中转手术 8例 ,死亡 2例 ,重残 2例 ,中残 13例 ,良好 98例。结论 :幕上外伤性急性硬膜下血肿在选择治疗方式时应综合患者的神志、瞳孔、血肿大小、类型、占位效应以及合并其它脑损伤程度考虑。
