摘要
[目的]观察穴位注射对脑卒中肩手综合征的治疗作用。[方法]将71例病例随机分为两组,对照组采用常规药物加康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上加穴位注射治疗。[结果]观察组临床疗效优于对照组。
[Objective]observation point injection on post - stroke shoulder - hand syndrome.
