摘要
目的了解公共场所从业人员对急救义务和责任的态度,为政策制定提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,抽取北京市44个公共场所的所有从业人员进行问卷调查。结果遇到急救病人时拨打急救电话(86.9%)、参加急救培训尽量掌握一些急救知识(77.5%)分别排在急救义务的第一位和第二位;大多数人认为没有掌握急救知识技能不应采取现场急救行为;如果造成被救者不良后果,大多数人认为原则上施救人不应承担责任,除非被救者证明其存在故意或重大过失。结论建议以法律的形式规定公共场所从业人员急救的义务和责任,同时也应对他们的院外急救行为给予一定保护。
Objective To contribute the knowledge of public-place employees' attitude to first-aid obligations and respinsibilies,to provide a basis for policy making.Methods A questionnaire survey was performed,using stratified cluster sampling method,in all employees in 44 public places.Results Making calls when encountering emergency patients and participating in first-aid training to grasp first-aid knowledge ranked first,second,respectively;most thought that scene first aid should not be conducted without grasp of enough emergency knowledge and skills,and that savers should not be responsible for negative consequences unless rescued persons could prove savers' intention or gross negligence.Conclusion It is suggested that first-aid obligations and responsibilties of employees in public places should be stipulated in provisions of law,and that their emergency behaviours should be protected to some extent.
