摘要
装甲车辆内部结构复杂 ,在安装特种防护内衬时 ,需要在装配现场对橡胶板材进行加工 ,尤其是需要加工出大量的台阶孔、倒角及槽。橡胶的回弹性大、导热性差、强度低 ,属于难加工非金属材料之一。分析了橡胶的物理机械性能和加工中存在缺陷的原因 ,通过应用工艺装置改变切削区及其周围材料的受力状况、冷却润滑、优选刀具结构参数和加工工艺参数等多种技术途径研究提高橡胶内衬的加工表面质量的技术措施。加工试验取得了理想的效果。
Owing to the complex inner structure of armored vehicles,machining of rubber liner on the spot is needed in the course of installing special proofing,especially machining of a large number of step holes,slottings.There are many defects in rubber machining due to larger elasticity,lower heat conductivity and strength of rubber.Rubber is a material difficult to machine.In the light of physical mechanical properties of rubber,many technology approaches of improving machining quality and efficiency are probed.The better testing results are obtained by means of altering state of load on the rubber liner in the cutting area and ambient in advance,reasonable structure parameters of tools,optimizing machining parameters,cooling and lubrication etc.
